The normal lead time for delivery of Master Lock and American Lock safety lockout padlock orders is approximately 3 weeks. This includes 2 weeks for production and about 1 week for time in transit to the delivery address. The Express Program is an expedited production option offered by Master Lock. Orders placed through the Express Program will ship directly from Master Lock in 2 business days. All items on an order must be selected for Express to qualify for flat rate shipping. Orders with some items Express and other items regular production do not qualify for flat rate shipping. Orders must be received by 12PM EST to ship the second business day. There is a fee of approximately 15% for padlocks ordered through the Express Program. Time in transit after the ship date depends on the delivery address.
Delivery Options
There are two delivery options for Express Program orders. Make your choice at checkout.
- Ground Service: Your order will be delivered 3 to 6 business days after the ship date.
- Next Day Air: Your order will be delivered the next business day after the ship date.
- Padlocks are available keyed differently(KD), keyed alike(KA), and master keyed(MK).
- Custom key codes are available.
- All padlock colors are available.
- Laser engraving, stamping, and key charting are not available.
- Orders must be received by 12PM EST to ship the second business day.
- There is no fee for safety lockout devices when ordered with Express Program padlocks.
